Birchmere out, Live Nation in?
Washington Post is reporting that county has broken off talks with the Birchmere about opening a second location in Silver Spring. Instead county may be talking to something called Live Nation about bringing in a much larger concert venue.

I am doc joining wash hospital center as a resident. Was looking at leasing an apartment in thayer towers by a realtor. She is leasing a 1 bedroom apt at 1000$ per month, and it seemed like an incredible deal at silver spring. I was curious to know, if its the usual condo rent in the apartment??
I was given the fllowing address -
Thayer Towers Condo:
575 Thayer Avenue
I would not be able to take a look at the apt before I make a committal since I would be moving into DC only on june 14th just in time for my work.
