I am doc joining wash hospital center as a resident. Was looking at leasing an apartment in thayer towers by a realtor. She is leasing a 1 bedroom apt at 1000$ per month, and it seemed like an incredible deal at silver spring. I was curious to know, if its the usual condo rent in the apartment??
